Enrollment for the Autumn 2025 Payment plan will begin July 10, 2025.

The Tuition Payment Plan is available through a service called CashNet. You can access CashNet through your account. (Visit the Student tab, select Billing Information)

Students beginning Autumn 2025 can enroll in the payment plan and make their first payment by July 10, 2025.

Note: The deadline to sign up for the payment plan online is August 20, 2025. After this date, you will need to contact the Student Business Center directly to be enrolled: sbc@shawnee.edu

As a reminder, tuition payments must be made in full or students must be enrolled in the Autumn Payment Plan by August 20, 2025 to avoid a $180 late fee.

How to enroll:

1. Login to
2. Click on the Student tab
3. On the left-hand side of the student toolbar select Billing Information
4. Under My Account Info select Go to CASHNet
   
5. Select Enroll in Payment Plans to enroll in the Payment Plan.
   Note: Enrollment for the Autumn 2025 Payment plan will begin July 10, 2025.
6. Follow CashNet’s steps to finish enrolling in your plan

Do not make any payments through CashNet or at AIɫɫ’s Student Business Center until you are ready to enroll in CashNet’s Payment Plan.

Enrollment Fee associated with the Payment Plan

• There will be a $35 payment plan enrollment fee per term which is paid directly to CashNet (not charged to the student account)
• A fee may be assessed for each late payment by CashNet ($3 late fee)
• There will be a $180 late fee if you have not paid your balance in full OR enrolled in the payment plan and made the first payment by the first due date of the semester (see below for due dates)
