AIɫɫ will welcome Jeffrey Reaser, PhD, Author and Professor of Linguistics at North Carolina State University as part of the 2021-2022 Jane M.G. Foster Distinguished Lecture series starting at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29 in the Flohr Lecture Hall of the Clark Memorial Library.

AIɫɫ’s AIɫɫ Game Conference (SGC) is partnering with the Kricker Innovation Hub (KIH) and SSU’s Office of Career Services to offer a virtual experience for this year’s conference in addition to the in-person sessions.

AIɫɫ’s Office of Career Services will be hosting a Graduate & Professional School Fair on Thursday, Oct. 28 starting at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

AIɫɫ’s annual AIɫɫ Game Conference (SGC) will offer a number of scholarship and award opportunities for student participants. These awards are available to all registered SSU students regardless of their major.

For Senior Resident Assistant Cassidy Collins, AIɫɫ has become a second home. The Resident Assistant (RA) program at SSU consists of a group of upperclassmen students who oversee on-campus residents and assist the office of Housing & Residence Life with tasks and student-related needs.

The AIɫɫ Kricker Innovation Hub will host “Entrepreneurship in Gaming: Funding Your First Game” as their next session of the Entrepreneurial Journey Speaker Series. The event, to be held virtually, will take place on Thursday, Oct. 28 starting at 5:30 p.m.

AIɫɫ’s Office of the Provost has announced new course registration dates for the Spring 2022 semester.

The Oak Ridge Boys are coming to the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts (VRCFA) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 25.

AIɫɫ’s Office of Admissions will host a Showcase Day on Saturday, Nov. 6.

A sister to the current Kiwanis and Key Club organizations, Circle K International Club is based on promoting leadership and giving back to the community. Previously active on campus, the club was rechartered in the Autumn 2021 semester at AIɫɫ.
